• We do not ship plants out of Arizona, starter size plants are available for local Arizona shipping and our larger plants for hand delivery only. See our delivery zones below for orders that qualify for hand delivery.
• Stater size plants are shipped locally in Arizona at variable rates through USPS Priority mail.
• Tiki Yard Apparel & Decor is shipped at variable rates. 
• Apparel & Decor products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver them to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, thank you for your patience and understanding!

For international orders outside the United States, please be aware that your local government may impose additional taxes and duties, which will be charged at the time of delivery.

• Starter size plants that are shipped via USPS Priority mail will be shipped within 3 business days from when you place your order.
• For orders that qualify for hand delivery, We deliver plants on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week excluding holidays.
• Due to busy delivery schedules and time limitations we are unable to offer on site consultation during deliveries. Please call or fill out our contact form for consultation, growing tips and help. We do provide planting and growing instructions with most plants on delivery.
• Delivery days for all hand delivery orders are scheduled on a per-order basis depending on schedule availability.
• All though we try our hardest to get your order on the first delivery day closest to your order time we do get busy and have a limited delivery capacity and may have to push your order to the next available delivery day.
• If the delivery day closest to your time of order is full we will get your order on the next closest available delivery day.
• Our cutoff for next day Tuesday or Thursday hand delivery is 3pm provided the schedule is still open for that day at the time of your order. If your order is after 3pm you will be included on the next following available delivery day.
• We do not deliver plants on holidays
